Club Trips to Switzlerand and Dubai

Published on May 23, 2025

Following the success of our trip to Geneva during Watches and Wonders week this year, we're planning to run a similar trip to Switzerland to attend Geneva Watch Days as well as take in the Museums and watch manufactures in Biel/Bienne. We're also attending Dubai Watch Week in November for the first time and are excited to see the amazing range of brands at both shows. We'll design an exclusive itinerary for you to get the most out of these Events with us.

The Watch Collectors' Club exists to help you get closer to the brands you love and to explore new parts of the watch world. These trips are the perfect way to do both, with the added benefit of meeting watch enthusiasts from all over the world to discuss what we see, share your thoughts, and talk about your own collection.

In Switzerland this September we are planning to spend two days in the Swiss City of Biel/Bienne, home of Swatch group, and two in Geneva. We'll take in the Omega and Swatch Museums, arrange visits to manufacturers like Christopher Ward, Horage, Perrelet and Glycine. We know that there are hundreds of great places to visit in Switzerland, so we're starting with something simple; the popular Omega museum that we've always wanted to go to. We will base ourselves in the city centre of each and take the train between the two. After Biel/Bienne, we'll head to Geneva for Geneva Watch Days.

More relaxed than Watches and Wonders week, this is a great chance to get up close to brands large and small, get hands on with their latest product launches, and meet the brand managers, designers and engineers behind these great watches. We'll arrange a series of hands-on meetings, and you can join us for whichever most interest you. The rest of the time you can visit other brands, check out the boutiques in the city, and enjoy the lakeside views.

Each evening of the trip we will arrange a collector dinner where you can get to know your fellow enthusiasts from around the world, share your passion for your collection, and learn about what drives them to collect. We may also get access to some of the industry parties in Geneva that week.

In Dubai in November the Seddiqi family put on a huge show to highlight brands known as Dubai Watch Week. We'll be there for the first time this year and will arrange a detailed itinerary to help you make the most of the show. There is also a yet-to-be-announced parallel show happening, which means that there will be nearly 150 brands presenting in Dubai at the same time! We'll help you make the most of it, and host collector dinners where you'll meet other friendly watch folk.

Everyone is welcome to join us on these trips, whether you are just starting out or have been collecting for years, we simply require that you become a Member of The Watch Collectors' Club (starting from just £75). There will be a supplement for the trips, expected to start from £200. You'll be responsible for booking your own travel and accommodation for each location. If you're keen to join us please register your interest as soon as possible, and we will provide additional details, including the costs, as soon as they are confirmed.
