The nights are Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th November. If you want to stay for additional nights at your expense please let us know.

Flights are not included as part of this package. you book your own travel to Dresden and you're responsible for arriving in time to check into the hotel on Wednesday 18th November.

On Thursday 19th and Friday 20th, transport by taxi to and from Dresden will be provided, with an approximate journey time of 50 minutes each way.

Included: Breakfast on each of the 2 mornings, lunch on 2 days and Dinner on Thursday 19th November.

Not Included: all other meals, and drinks other than those served at the included meals.

Manufacture tours are on foot, with stairs and some narrow spaces, and you're on your feet for around 120 minutes at a time. So this trip isn't generally suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This is the total cost of the Package, including all taxes, fees and charges.

Since this Experience is taking place within 12 weeks of the booking date, we will take the full amount at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed when we've received your payment and sent you a confirmation email.

You're responsible for making sure your travel documents are in order. If you hold a passport from anywhere other than the UK, check the requirements that apply to you, including how long a visa takes to come through.

We strongly recommend travel insurance. Our insolvency protection covers your money if we fail, and our liability insurance cover deals with situations where we or our suppliers are at fault. Neither covers the cost of you cancelling, or medical treatment and repatriation if you're taken ill or injured while you're away. That's what travel insurance is for. We don't require you to hold insurance through us or anyone else, and we don't sell or offer a travel insurance policy.

Your money is protected. Everything you pay us for in this package is covered by insolvency protection, so if we ever failed financially you'd get your money back. Full details of the protection provider are in in your booking confirmation.

You can transfer your booking to someone else on reasonable notice. Transfers go through us, so we can update the hotel and itinerary, and reasonable costs may apply. Club Membership is included with every trip, so whoever takes your place doesn't need to be a Member already.

You can cancel at any time before departure, in return for a termination fee of £50. There is a sliding scale of refunds depending on when we receive your written notice: You pay on or before Wednesday 23 September 2026, 35%, Thursday 24 September to Wednesday 21 October 2026, 50%, Thursday 22 October to Wednesday 4 November 2026, 75%, Thursday 5 November 2026 or later, or after the trip starts 100%.

You can cancel without a fee where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination significantly affect the package, and you'd get a full refund.

If we make a significant change to an essential element, you can accept it, take an alternative if we offer one, or cancel and get a full refund within 14 days.

if we cancel you get a full refund within 14 days, plus compensation unless we cancelled for insufficient numbers within the deadline in Part 11, or for unavoidable circumstances.

We may offer a place on a future trip instead. That's an option, not a substitute. If you'd rather have the money back, you get the money back.

This trip needs at least four travelling members. If we haven't reached four by Wednesday 11 November 2026 we may cancel it, and we'll let you know on or before that date. You'd get back everything you've paid us, within 14 days.

We'll also tell you as soon as we do have the numbers, which is normally a good while before the deadline.

Your own travel to Germany sits outside the package, so if the trip doesn't run we're not able to refund it. That's the other side of being able to cancel your booking free right up to 11 November: we're carrying the risk on the trip, you're carrying it on your flights. If that sits uncomfortably, a flexible fare or a policy that covers cancellation is worth the extra.
